This Privacy Policy explains how Castle Rampart ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you play the Game on the Google Play Store. By downloading and playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We take your privacy seriously. This Game is designed for entertainment and does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play.

a) Information You Provide

The Game does not require registration and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information that you voluntarily submit. The only exception is that certain third-party services (listed below) may receive information required to process purchases or show ads.

b) Information Collected Automatically

The Game and its third-party service providers may automatically collect limited, non-personally identifiable technical information, including:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, screen resolution, language settings, and device identifiers (such as Advertising ID).
• Game usage data: gameplay statistics, level progress, session length, and in-app behavior, used to improve the Game and its features.
• Crash and performance data: technical logs generated if the Game crashes, so bugs can be fixed and stability improved.
• Approximate location: a coarse (non-precise) location may be inferred from your IP address for advertising and analytics purposes. The Game does not access your precise GPS location.

c) Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress, coins, gems, purchased items, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device only in an encrypted save file. Game progress is not uploaded to our own servers.

The Game uses third-party services that may collect and process data on our behalf. Each service has its own privacy policy:

a) Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your Advertising ID and data about your device and interests to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

b) In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing / Unity IAP)

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (coins, gems, and an ad-removal option) processed entirely through the Google Play Store billing system. Payment information is handled by Google and is never collected, stored, or seen by us.

c) Game Services (Google Play Games / Unity Services)

The Game may use Google Play Games Services and Unity Services (including Leaderboards) to provide features such as leaderboards. These services may collect your player ID, achievements, and leaderboard scores.

d) Unity Analytics / Unity Engine

The Game is built with the Unity Engine, which may collect anonymous usage and analytics data (device info, session data, crash data) to help improve the Game.

The Game is free to download and play. It offers optional in-app purchases:

• Coin and Gem packs — used to buy upgrades and progress faster.
• Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that removes advertisements.

Purchases are processed exclusively by the Google Play Store. We do not process, store, or have access to your credit card, billing address, or other payment details.

Also, the Game does not have any login, so all data will be deleted on uninstall.

Reminder for parents: Please monitor purchases made by children and enable parental controls on the device, such as requiring authentication for every purchase in the Google Play Store settings.

The Game is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Types of ads may include:

• Banner ads
• Interstitial (full-screen) ads
• Rewarded video ads (e.g., watch an ad to revive or earn bonus rewards)

You may be served personalized ads based on your advertising identifier and usage. You can control personalized advertising directly in your device settings:

• On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• Or reset your advertising ID at any time.
• When a consent dialog is shown (EU/UK users, or where required), you can choose which types of data processing to allow.

The Game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law).

The Game may show non-personalized ads to comply with the Google Play Families / COPPA / GDPR-K requirements when playing as a child. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us using the details below.

The Game requests only the permissions required for its core features (e.g., internet access for ads, purchases, and leaderboards). No permission is used to access your contacts, messages, camera, or precise location.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data. Game save files are encrypted on your device, and financial transactions are handled entirely by Google's secure Play Store infrastructure.
